To me first one looks like something edible with coating of different color and flavor. second one is surface of shell.

#3 is definitely a sand dollar, but you have me stumped on the other ones. #1 looks like jelly beans, but it’s more likely something weird like ant eggs!

oh how fun is this! my guesses are:
1) rock candy? not sure. that one is the toughest.
2) sea urchin
3) sand dollar
4) the surface of a rock
5) some distant peak zoomed right up close.
am most confident about the sand dollar, as those are quite common on Vancouver Island’s west coast
really enjoyed these. thanks for the great idea. i am officially pix & kardz, by the way, but for some reason i am unable to sign in that way. however kardz by kris also works 🙂

I enjoyed the quiz. #1 heirloom beans? #2 and 3 sand dollar abd sea urchin test. I don’t even have guess at #4. Just for fun…, petrified wood?

You are right with the last one being petrified wood… and 2 and 3 are right too.. the first one has everyone stumped…they are smaller than beans. I used a macro lens close up.
